How & When Will I Receive My Chocolate?
If you have questions about when to expect your order, here’s the information you need: Orders placed before 10 a.m. Monday through Thursday will ship the same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday. Depending on your location, delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days. If you have specific postcode questions about delivery times, don’t hesitate to contact us; we’ll be happy to help.
Can You Ship My Order Overseas?
We understand you may have questions about shipping internationally, but due to the delicate nature of our chocolates, we currently only ship within Australia.
Will My Chocolates Survive Warm Weather?
Have questions about how your chocolates will fare in hot weather? Rest assured, we use ice packs during warmer conditions to keep your chocolates in perfect condition. If the weather is extremely hot, we will not leave your chocolates on doorsteps or in places where they could melt.
Does Fremantle Chocolate Contain Dairy Products?
If you’re wondering whether our chocolates contain dairy, the answer is yes. They do contain dairy, so they are not suitable for those with dairy allergies.
Does Fremantle Chocolate Contain Nuts?
If you have concerns about nuts, please note that some of our chocolates may contain nuts or peanuts. Our products may not be suitable for those with nut allergies.
Is Fremantle Chocolate Gluten-Free?

What if I Change My Mind?
If you’re wondering about returns or exchanges, we don’t accept them due to a change of mind. All our products are made fresh to order, so we encourage you to ensure you’re happy with your order before completing it.
What if My Order Isn’t Perfect?
We know you might have questions about what happens if your order isn’t quite right. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within five working days, and we’ll do our best to resolve it if it’s our mistake.

How Long Does Fremantle Chocolate Stay Fresh?
If you’re wondering how long you can enjoy your chocolates, we recommend consuming them by the best-before date. Once opened, we suggest you consume your chocolates within two weeks and store them below 18°C, away from humidity and strong odours.
