Shipping & Delivery

We are able to deliver anywhere in Australia. Large orders may be contacted for an adjustment in postal pricing prior to sending. Items will be sent from our factory within 48 hours of payment to the supplied address (except where we receive the order on a Thursday, Friday or over the weekend). All postal orders are delivered before COB to Australian Express Post on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays only so as not to have the chocolate being held in a warehouse over a weekend.

In the unlikely event of your order not being delivered or received within the specified time frame, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify the problem All deliveries are made using AEP services or our own delivery driver (some areas of Perth metro only). This ensures overnight delivery to most capital city destinations within Australia (however it may take 2-3 days for outer suburbs or non-capital cities).



We take care when packaging our products. It is our goal to prevent any damage to the chocolates during delivery to you – even in the event that the carrier mishandles or drops the package.

Warmer Weather

During the warmer months, we take the following steps to ensure your chocolates arrive in a reasonable condition:

* We pack the chocolates with gel cooler packs in the boxes to maintain a cool temperature during the shipping period, regardless of the outside weather and temperature.
* We store the boxes in our temperature-controlled factory until the point of dispatch in the late afternoon. Your order will then travel during the cooler hours of the evening and early morning.

We have delivered in the midst of the summer heat to destinations as extreme as Geraldton and Kalgoorlie. Our chocolates are reported to have arrived in perfect condition. If possible, please include a delivery address which is attended during business hours for receipt of your delivery.

Although this is the “Age of the Internet”, many people are still worried about trading over the internet. We can assure you that we have done everything possible to protect your details while purchasing products from us.

We use PayPal for our payments which mean none of your important security details are ever kept by us. Paypal offer 100% protection from unauthorised transactions and have 24/7 monitoring to prevent fraud. Paypal uses Verisign to protect your details while you are online.
