How & When Will I receive my Chocolate.
At Fremantle Chocolate, we put as much care into the delivery of your chocolates as we do creating them, and so this is why dispatch times are designed to ensure they always arrive in pristine condition. Depending on your location, we have two delivery options to choose from:
From Monday to Thursday, order before 10am and your chocolates will leave from our warehouse the very same day (excluding public holidays). To avoid any damage, orders placed on Friday and the weekend are dispatched by 10am Monday.
Because of distance please allow between 1-5 Business Days, for more information regarding delivery to a certain postcode please contact us.

Can You Ship My Order Overseas?
Because of the delicate nature of our chocolates, we do not risk shipping them outside Australia.
Will my Carefully Crafted Chocolates Survive Warm Weather
The perfect Fremantle Chocolate experience is always our priority. If the weather is warm, your order will be carefully packaged and delivered with special ice-packs so that they arrive in good condition.
Does Fremantle Chocolate Contain Dairy Products?
If you have a dairy allergy, it is recommended you do not consume Fremantle Chocolate products.
Does Fremantle Chocolate Contain Nuts?
Because of the wide range of world-class ingredients that go into all our chocolates, all of our products may contain traces of nuts and/or peanuts. If you have a nut allergy, it is recommended you do not consume Fremantle Chocolate.
Is Fremantle Chocolate Gluten Free
Because we work with so many different ingredients, we cannot guarantee our products do not contain any gluten. If you have a gluten allergy, it is best you do not consume Fremantle Chocolate Products.
Are Fremantle Chocolate Product Vegan Friendly?
Most of our carefully considered chocolate products are dairy based, so not suitable for Vegans, but we do offer a small range of Vegan Friendly products in our 72% dark chocolate range.
What if I Change my mind?
Because all of our products are made fresh to order, we are not to accept an exchange or return due to change of mind.
My Fremantle Chocolate Order is not as perfect as you promised.
Here at Fremantle Chocolate, we are total perfectionists, and it shows. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us within five working days. If it is our mistake, we will be sure to have a solution as soon as humanly possible. However, we are not responsible for faults resulting from environmental factors outside of our control.
It Looks Lovely but it is not what I ordered.
If you received the incorrect Fremantle Chocolate product, please contact us within five working days and we will make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
How Long Do Fremantle Chocolate Stay Fresh?
Your Fremantle Chocolate Products should be enjoyed before it reaches its best before date. Once opened, all our chocolates are designed to be devoured within two weeks, if stored below 18°C. Here are a few ways keep your Fremantle Chocolate products in wonderful condition:
- Because nothing ruins great chocolate faster than heat – avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
- For freshness of unopened products, please check the best before date.
- Never leave your handcrafted chocolates in the car.
- And please, do not store your precious chocolates near strong odours.
